ALERT

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has mistakenly sent a letter to some of our members that says that Universal Health Care Insurance Company, Inc.’s Any Any Any® Gold 1 (PFFS) Plan is not going to be offered in 2010. According to CMS, anyone who received this letter should disregard it as the letter was not correct. There was a systems problem at CMS/Medicare that accidentally caused these letters to be sent.

The Any Any Any® Gold (PFFS) Plan is not ending. Current members do not need to choose another plan, and Medicare beneficiaries interested in all the benefits the Any Any Any® Gold (PFFS) Plan has to offer should feel free to enroll.

We are working with CMS towards their resolution, correction and communication of this mistake. We expect this to occur shortly.
