Pediatric asthma affects millions of children in the United States. Universal Health
Care has a free program. It is for children with asthma. Members in the program
receive calls from our nurses. The nurses will discuss:

• Signs and symptoms
• Medications
• Doctor visits
• Going to the hospital
• Use of inhalers
• Immunizations
• Asthma triggers

You or your child may sign up for this program if:
|
|
• You are between the ages of 0 and 21
• You have asthma
• You are a current Universal Health Care U-First member
|
|
|
