Diabetes has been diagnosed in 8% of the population. Diabetes can be managed with the correct tools and guidance. Universal Health Care has a free program for our members who have been diagnosed with Diabetes. Members who are enrolled will receive periodic calls from our nursing staff to reinforce the proper treatment plan and educate our members on the early signs and symptoms of uncontrolled Diabetes.
