Universal Health Care has a free program for our members with HIV/AIDS. Members
enrolled in the program will receive periodic calls from our nursing staff. The
nurses will help with treatment plan. They will educate our members on the management
of HIV/AIDS. The nurse will discuss:

• Signs and symptoms
• Medications
• Doctor appointments
• Prevention of hospital admissions
• Lab levels
• Health education

If you are a Universal Health Care member with HIV/AIDS, and would like to sign
up for the HIV/AIDS Disease Management Program, please complete the information
in the link below. A nurse will call you to enroll you into the program.
